This offering is directed firmly at the UK market and offers employers a vehicle to reward and incentivise key staff, which will typically include directors, and provides an alternative means of accessing profits made in a business. There are many benefits of an EFRBS scheme including the ability to make contributions with tax relief and to access funds in a tax efficient manner. This EFRBS offering compliments our existing Employee Benefit Trust (EBT), which is also aimed at the UK market.
